Astur Labs LLC ("Astur Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the StyleHome AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of the App.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
We have designed StyleHome AI to collect as little personal information as possible. In summary:

Because the App does not have an account system, the information we process is limited:
Photos you provide. When you use the App's design and editing features, you may upload a photo from your camera or photo library, or capture one with your camera (if you grant the relevant permission). These photos are processed to generate your redesigned images. We obtain only the specific images you choose to submit; we do not access your broader photo library. Please note that photos may contain metadata (such as location/geotags) added by your device by default; we do not request or use this metadata.
Generated images. Images created by the App's AI features are returned to your device. If you choose to save a creation, it is stored locally on your device only (see "On-Device Storage" below).
Purchase and subscription information. If you purchase a subscription, our subscription management provider (RevenueCat) processes an anonymous purchaser identifier and your subscription status to verify and manage your purchase. Payment itself is processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Anonymous usage analytics. In production versions of the App, our development toolkit includes an analytics component (PostHog, provided via Rork) that records anonymous app-usage events, such as app open/close, screen views, and when AI generation features are used. These events are tagged with project-level identifiers and do not include your name, email, or other personal identifiers.
Device permission data. The App requests permission to access your camera and/or photo library so you can submit images. You may grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

We do not use your photos for any purpose other than providing you with the App's image-generation functionality. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
To generate redesigned images, the photo you submit is transmitted (encoded within the request) to our AI image-generation provider for processing, and the result is returned to your device.
Your photos are transmitted only for the purpose of generating your requested images. We do not retain copies of your uploaded photos on our servers, and no server-side database of user photos exists. The processing of your data by Google is also subject to Google's own privacy practices.

Because your saved creations live only on your device, they are not synced across devices, and deleting a creation in the App removes it from your device. Uninstalling the App will remove this locally stored information.
We rely on the following third parties to operate the App. Each receives only the limited data necessary for its function:

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described in this Policy:
Depending on where you live (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have additional rights regarding personal information, such as the rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not maintain accounts and do not store your photos or personal identifiers on our servers, the personal information we hold about any individual is very limited. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
We do not retain your uploaded photos after processing, and we do not maintain a server-side database of user content or personal identifiers. Anonymous analytics events and subscription records are retained by our providers for as long as needed to provide their services and as required by law.
The App and its service providers are based in or process data in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and our Terms of Service do not permit children under the age of 13 to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and post the revised Policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
