These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Astur Labs LLC ("Astur Labs," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the StyleHome AI mobile application (the "App") and any related services, including our website (collectively, the "Service"). Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which applies as the end user license agreement between you and Astur Labs for the App. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA; in the event of a direct conflict regarding the license to use the App, the Standard EULA governs.
This agreement is between you and Astur Labs only, and not with Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries ("Apple"). Astur Labs, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, access, or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App is not directed to and may not be used by children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement, and that if you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. To make a purchase, you must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, Astur Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal use on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's usage rules. The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Astur Labs reserves all rights not expressly granted.

The App is intended for visualizing and redesigning photos of property — interiors, exteriors, yards, gardens, and similar spaces. You agree that you will not use the App to:
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules, without notice.
The App allows you to upload or capture photos of spaces and use artificial-intelligence features to generate redesigned or edited versions of those images. AI image generation is powered by third-party providers (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the photos you submit and must have the right to use any image you upload.
AI-generated images are produced by machine-learning models and are not literal representations of how your space will actually look after a real-world remodel. Output may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or stylistic choices that do not translate to physical construction. Different generations of the same photo may produce different results. The App is intended for inspiration and visualization only. Do not rely on AI-generated images as a substitute for professional design, architectural, structural, engineering, or contracting advice.
Your input. You retain all rights you hold in the photos and other content you submit to the App ("Input"). By submitting Input, you grant Astur Labs and its service providers a limited license to process that Input solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate your requested images). We do not claim ownership of your Input.
Your output. As between you and Astur Labs, you own the images generated for you by the App ("Output"), and you may use your Output for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We do not claim ownership of your Output.
No guarantee of uniqueness or rights. Because Output is generated by AI, similar or identical Output may be generated for other users, and we cannot and do not guarantee that any Output is unique, original, or protectable by copyright or other intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any Output complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of others.
Your responsibility. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any Input you submit, and that your Input and your use of Output do not violate any law or third-party right.
Free usage. The App provides a limited number of free generations (currently three (3) generations in total) at no charge. This is a free-usage allowance, not a subscription. Once the free allowance is used, continued access to generation features requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions. The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock "Pro" access, which may include a free trial period followed by recurring charges. Current offerings may include, for example, a plan billed weekly and a plan billed annually. Exact pricing, trial length, and plan details are displayed in the App at the point of purchase and may vary by region and over time. From time to time we may present promotional or discounted offers.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Billing and management. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and follow the prompts. Astur Labs does not directly process payments or issue refunds for App Store purchases.
The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding your Input and Output), is owned by Astur Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ASTUR LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASTUR LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN NO EVENT WILL ASTUR LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (THROUGH APPLE) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astur Labs from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Input, your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may terminate by ceasing to use the App and deleting it from your devices. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that this governing-law provision does not override any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
